Homemade Acne Treatments

I love homemade acne treatments. Why? Well mostly because when it comes to the drug companies, I'm a bit of a rebel. I think they're mostly after money and just keep pushing products that work pretty well instead of trying to work on solutions that are 100% effective. Now I know there probably isn't some scheming old man sitting on piles of money in his office laughing at people with acne. It's probably a group of scheming old men. Kidding, kidding.

Anyways, when it became apparent to me that normal treatments like Benzoyl Peroxide and Sacylic Acid would never make me totally clear, I began to try other alternatives. Some medicines worked well, such as Retin-A and other retinols. Some other one's didn't do much and just wasted my money.

When I first came upon natural homemade acne treatments, I laughed them off. I thought they were ridiculous at best and couldn't anyone would use them. When I finally broke down and figured I had nothing to lose, something pretty awesome happened. They worked! On top of working, they were cheap! Now I won't say every alternative worked great, obviously some better than others. But it was great discovering simple thing such as baking soda or even olive oil could clear my face and make my skin look phenomenal.
